Default All this bickering and fighting and arguing and etc.

It has got to stop. We got people "leaving" right and left, scaring off possible future members, causing overall anger.I'm just a little sick of it. Why couldn't we have left all this in the past (IE: 2001). It's a new year, let's put all this stuff in the past...

Besides, As soon as the grade cards come out I'm gonna be grounded from my comp for about 4-8 weeks so I want this fighting put to a stop before I go away for a while..

I agree; I had to put up with all that crap on the Lucy board and I really didn't want to see it spread.

Sorry to hear about your comp grade.

Oh yeah. Some kid came in and first started yelling at me, then started picking fights with everyone else. It was a real mess. Fortunately it's over now.

Well, he wasn't the only one starting the fights. Some of members of the *I Love Lucy* Board were guilty as much as he was. From a standing point and a view of everything I could see some fights that were aimed at him. So he's not all to blame.

It sounds like you have a nutzo for a teacher too. I remember in Earth Science during midterm she said I had a "45" in the class. She was a true dingbat. She lost work, and even lost part of a big project that I worked on. You see we had to do one of those power point presentations, and I ran out of disk space so I saved it to her file. Big mistake, she lost it. I went up to her and told her that I did that project and she needs to look again. I said it calmly, but if she couldn't find it then I was prepared to short circuit my temper. (I worked hard on that thing too, so you can understand if my temper got the best of me.) Luckily, she found it where I saved it. Oh yeah that 45 was really and 80 something, or else I brought my grade up big time in a very short time. Some teachers are loco. Hope everything works out for you and yours.

I know that- but he started it. Unfortunately it spiraled out of control and everyone was yelling at everyone (some of it leading to that defense of friends thing going on in that other topic here). Anyway, he's cooled it and so has everyone else and life is back to normal.

I HATE teachers like that. They don't do their job, then when you don't do what they didn't tell you to do, they punish you for their stupidity. And of course, teachers can do no wrong.

Can you tell I've been in school too long?

I know what you must be going through. Last year in the 6th grade we had to do this poetry presentation and the teacher said that I got 98% and even showed me the paper where she put the grade but then when I got my report it was down to 83%! Then when I asked her about it she said that she lost the grade and was giving me the grade on what she remembered. Then started saying that I messed up on some of the words and stuff like that even though I didn't mess up on any words. What a bad way to end the 6th grade isn't it?With a B-
