Thumbs up What movies are you looking forward to most in 2002?

Well, since I'm a big movie buff, I can't wait for some of the event films that are going to be released over the next 12 months.(There's a load of them).
My top films that I want to see most:

1)"Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" No brainer. Gosh, what if it's even better than "Fellowship..."? I can only hope...

2)"Star Wars: Episode II, The Attack of the Clones" After just recieving news that N*SYNC will be appearing as extras in the film, my hopes for this film have diminished even lower. Please, George Lucas, don't screw up again!

3)"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" This better not suck also. While the first was a highly enjoyable, upon seeing "Fellowship of the Ring", I couldn't help but noticing what "Sorcerer's Stone" lacked. Hopefully, the second installment with be more fullfilling.

4)"Spiderman" Have you seen the trailer? This looks like to be the definition of cool. While I think Wes Bentley from "American Beauty" would of made a better Peter Parker, Tobey Maguire is a fine choice. I still can't get over that tralier!

5)"Black Hawk Down" A modern war epic directed by legend Ridley Scott starring awfully hot guys. Just to name a few: Josh Hartnett, Ewan McGregor, ORLANDO BLOOM!
And what's great is that it only comes out in a couple of weeks.
I heard it's a good movie too.

I could have guessed that, Whitney!

for me, Any NMK movie would be nice, some FOL episodes, new season of TD, and I'm fine...though these are more like tvshows than movies...

I'm a bit of a movie buff myself. Here's the ones I'm most looking forward to -

The Panic Room - cos it's directed by David Fincher, the genius responsible for bringing Fight Club to the big screen.

Death To Smoochy - cos I just gotta see Edward Norton dressed as a giant purple dinosaur!!!

Scooby Doo - cos I really enjoyed the live-action version of Josie and the Pussycats and I think (and hope) this will be much the same.

24 Hour Party People - I doubt you guys in America will ever see this one. It's an account of the infamous 'Madchester years' in Britain and the ledgendary Hacienda nightclub - the place to be in the late 80's/early 90's. Happy days!!
