i watched the special episde today on Laverne n shirley why did the fireman ? they finally used the right opening credits this one was done really well it was sad as well lenny squiggy acting normal trying to tell laverne what happnd she could not believe it
did anyone else see it i have been waiting for this one im glad it finally came on always liked these special episodes ooc sorry for my mispelling i got a new keyboard im trying to ge use to |

It was probably the saddest episode of all of the Laverne & Shirley and Happy Days shows. The entire story was based on Laverne's love for the fireman, played by Ted Danson, and his death.
On drama series, it was not that uncommon for a romantic relationship to end due to a character's death. For example, it happened many times on Bonanza and The Big Valley, and those were not crime dramas. It's much less common for a sitcom, and that's one reason why people remember this episode. |

ooc sorry for late reply yes it was sure one of them rare episodes when somebody dies in a surprsing way and i know why laverne was n denial at first then came to accept it at the end both gave a great performance im so glad this episode was not skipped il always remember this one
