Where was Blair supposed to be from?
I seem to recall that Blair was supposed to be from New York but at other times she clearly seems to have a southern accent. Was she supposed to be from the South, or was that a production/direction goof?

She was supposed to be from New York, but Lisa is originally from Texas so her accent slipped out a lot. Nancy did a good job of exaggerating her NYC accent for Jo.
