Why didn't Clark's stone stop the Phanton as it came out of evil Clark? It explained why it couldn't stop ANY Phanton, but I forgot the explaination.

If you are referring to the Kryptonite, it's because it had a reverse affect on the phantom then it did Clark. The Krypto weekend Clark but strengthened the Phantom, where the Sun made Clark stronger, but it weekend the phantom.
