First Contact is my favorite. Loved seeing the launching of the first warp ship (the beginnings of Star Trek) and the Borg are my favorite villains. Also, it had one of the best guest casts which nicely complimented the awesomeness of the Next Gen crew.

Star Trek IV The Voyage Home. It had a wonderful message behind it. Plus I loved it when that whaling boat was trying to spear those whales and the Klingon bird of prey appeared scaring the hell out of them LOL.
