Mike O'Malley returns to Nickelodeon
Hello out there from TV Land,
My name is Danny Hooley, and I am the cousin of user grundoontv. With this in mind, it was 20 years ago this month, on March 18, 1991, that Mike O'Malley first appeared on Nickelodeon via the original game show "Get the Picture," which he hosted for 2 seasons. O'Malley then followed this with the Nickelodeon original sports competition series "Nickelodeon GUTS," which ran from 1992-1996. After leaving Nickelodeon, Mike became an actor via the CBS Television Network series "Yes, Dear" in the year 2000. The sitcom lasted 6 seasons until 2006. Now a regular on the FOX Television Network musical "Glee," nearly 20 years after his Nickelodeon debut, O'Malley is set to return to Nickelodeon when reruns of "Yes, Dear" join the Nick at Nite evening block in 2012. |
