Are you referring to the case of Loretta Meyers? Loretta was an elderly woman suffering from the early stages of allztheimers disease and ended up getting married to a man who was twenty younger than her after only knowing him a few weeks.
They soon vanished together and police were unable to track them down for years. Eventually with the help of UM they were able to locate Loretta and reunite her with her family. There wasn't any update regarding Loretta's husband but my best guess is being that he didn't actually commit a crime, he probably wasn't charged with anything and the marriage was simply annuled. |
