Because that is the way they want her imagine I presume. The wardrobe people are the ones that pick out the clothing for them to wear. So I presume they are going for a certain imagine. You could always email Lifetime and see what they have to say on the topic.

Black looks GREAT on her thats why...I think she looks the best in black. Its an awesome color and it makes ya look thinner than you really are

Personally I think her best colors are dark blue, blue and black. That is just my opinion.

ANYTHING looks great on her
i think they put her in black 4 2 reasons..
1. to make her look more"tough cop like"
2. to make her look more depressed...cuz black is da depressed color and when ya out her in it...wow!lol...
