Mr. Garcia, don't mess this show up, please.
Saw "Mongooses" the other day and it was distressingly a stupid episode most of the way around. For Virginia and Burt to shock each other on dares wasn't funny or a bit realistic. Poor Burt seems to be going the way of Homer Simpson quickly
My fear is that they are going to mess this show up like "My Name is Earl." Hope and Earl are both gems, but they unnecessarily do goofball humor that usually doesn't work. Eccentricities work well, but not overboard. Mama by Cloris Leachman is wonderfully played. I want this show to s As you well know, FOX isn't NBC, they are notoriously quick on cancelling programs that slip in the ratings! If this gets cancelled, you will be back at Burger King! |
