Billy Bob Thornton is set to don the Santa suit again for a Bad Santa sequel.

The movie star is in negotiations with Miramax/Weinstein film executives to reprise his boozy, foul-mouthed character Willie from the hit 2003 comedy.

A spokesman for The Weinstein Company tells TheWrap.com, "We feel that it’s a Christmas perennial for the R rated crowd. Everyone loves the character and Billy Bob’s excited to be in talks with us."

Should be good. Hopefully Lauren Graham gets on board as well.

They also have to bring back that chubby kid (don't know his name) and Cloris Leachman as his grandmother.

It's a little sad watching the scenes now with John Ritter and Bernie Mac together.

I just loved the original. Anyone who ever doubted John Ritter's dramatic ability was proven wrong by this movie.
