NBC Renews "Community"

NBC has ordered a new season of "Community", the network announced on Thursday.

"I am so pleased to renew these three outstanding comedies which are all at the top of their game creatively," Bob Greenblatt, chairman of NBC Entertainment said in a statement.

"'Community' is one of the freshest comedies on any network and a solid foundation for Thursday night."

"Community" has had lower numbers, but performs consistently against heavy hitters "The Big Bang Theory" and "American idol".

That's pretty good news. Of all the sitcoms on NBC, this one is the best.
