ABC Renews "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette"

In a move that should shock exactly zero TV viewers, ABC has renewed its reality hits "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" for one more round of rose ceremonies each.

Entertainment Weekly reports that season 16 of "The Bachelor" will debut in early 2012, while season 7 of "The Bachelorette" will premiere in May.

As previously reported, a second season of "Bachelor Pad" will air in the summer.

I don't care about The Bachelor or Bachelorette, but I loved Bachelor Pad so I'm glad that it's returning.
