Arnold: Ms. Richmond assigns too much homework

Lisa: I don’t think so

Dudley: Of course you always do it

(Dudley and Arnold laugh)

Lisa: Arnold are you laughing

Arnold: No dear

Lisa: Anyway I gotta go to science

(Kisses Arnold)

Lisa: Catch you later

Arnold: Mrs. James is expecting us

Dudley: Before you go in I have something to tell you

Arnold: What

Dudley: My folks and me are moving away

(Opening Credits 1985 Theme)

Arnold: Man if things couldn’t get any worse

Phill: What’s wrong son

Arnold: Dudley’s moving away

Phill: Wow! That is kinda serious

Arnold: Kinda this tops the cake

Phill: I know how you feel, when my father died I thought that I would never have a best friend again but the you and Willis came into my life and now I know how it feels lose and gain

Arnold: Well Dudley’s leaving what should I do I can’t tell you all that but you’ll find the answers

(Upstairs)

Sam: That’s really messed up so what are you going to do

Arnold: I don’t know

Willis: Well why don’t you throw him a good bye party

Arnold: You think it’ll work

Willis: I know so

Arnold; I wouldn’t know where to start first ask Dad can you have the party

Sam; Dad will say yes

Willis; Then you get all his friends together

Sam; Looks like it’ll be just you, Robbie, Charlie, and Lisa

Arnold; Robbie and Charlie can’t make they’ll be out of town

Willis: Consider all of us there

Arnold; Really Willis

Willis: Sure little brother

(Downstairs)

Arnold: I got it

Phill; Well, let’s have it

Arnold: We can throw Dudley a party here

Kimberly: Why are we throwing Dudley a party

Willis; He’s moving away
Kimberly; Sorry to hear that Arnold, is there anything I can do to help

Arnold: Yea, I need you to go into the scrapbook and get a real picture of us together

Pearl: Is there anything I can do

Arnold; Can You bake a cake

Pearl: Sure thing

Phill: What can I do

Arnold: You to talk them into coming over for dinner tomorrow night

Willis: You got it

Sam: What can I do

Arnold: Go buy a huge picture frame

Sam: Alright

Kimberly: I found the picture

Arnold: Great you and Maggie go to the store and have it blown up

Maggie: Will do

Charlene; I wanna do something too

Arnold: You sure you want to

Charlene: A friend of yours is a friend of mine

Arnold: Well I need you to get snacks

Charlene: Easy enough

Pearl: Arnold, can I buy a store birthday cake

Arnold: I’ll do you one better I’ll buy the cake if you pick it up

Pearl: Got’cha

Arnold: Wow! Thank you all for pulling together so much

(At Dudley’s House, Doorbell rings)

Dudley: I’m coming, Willis what are you doing here

Willis: You and your father have to come over quick

Mr. Ramsey: Why

Phill: It’s a surprise

(At The House)

Kimberly: Their here!

Maggie: Ok everyone in your places

Phill: Watch this

Everyone: Surprise

Dudley: I don’t get it

Arnold; You just can’t leave, without a party

Pearl: It was Arnold’s whole idea

Dudley: Thanks Pal

Arnold: What are friends for

Mr. Ramsey: We hate to move but my job moved, you know some people say New York is cold blooded and that maybe true but I surely hate to move with friends like you.

Quite a good effort, except there weren't really an jokes but I just wanted to check a few things-

Why was Arnold buying a birthday cake?
When did Drummond ever say he was best friends with his father?

Oh, and most importantly, Le Tari who plays Ted Ramsey died in 1987, so umm...I don't think he could be in it!
