Jeff Conaway's Fiancée Granted A Restraining Order Against Him! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Jeff Conaway has been forced to move out of the California home he shared with his fiancée after she obtained a restraining order against him.

Victoria Spinoza filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court last month applying for an injunction against her former partner. A temporary restraining order was granted on February 28th, as well as a ruling which forces the actor to move out of the home in Northridge, California which he shared with Spinoza.

In Spinoza's court papers, obtained by E! Online, she confirms the relationship is now over and alleges Conaway threatened her in a violent incident on February 23rd - branding him "mentally unstable and dangerous."

The papers state, "He pulled out a knife and a hammer and told me he was going (to) ruin my life. He followed me to the bathroom, I locked myself in... I called 911 after he said he was going to kill me."

She also alleges that in separate incidents, Conaway punched her "in the eye" during a drive and kicked her in the chest, as well as claiming he has been hospitalized on an involuntary psychiatric hold three times in the last year.

Conaway filed his own legal papers on March 2nd, applying for a restraining order against Spinoza, alleging she has stolen $700 -worth of his medication and planted cocaine in the house.

A court hearing about the matter is scheduled for March 21st.

He's another very, very sad case. His looks and talent vanished due to his addictions...not to mention his physical and mental health. So, so sad.

It appears that Conaway was unable to get his act together after his stint on Celebrity Rehab. Quite a shame. Had he not gotten addicted and stayed on Taxi, maybe his career and life would have taken a different path.

He was able to land another hit series with Babylon 5 for awhile, but it seems it was all downhill after that.

At one point, I felt sorry for him: He was on a daytime soap (can't remember which one it was) and later, informercials.
