I'm not really sure we're supposed to think the Evil one survived. Yes, I saw the Michael Jackson thing at the end, but that may have just been a gimmick. A lot of times they don't really follow up on things with this show. Or it could have meant that Stewie (the real one) somehow DID regain a bit of his old evil self. I really don't want a return to the murderous, megalomanical Stewie of old, at this late stage in the show.
