"Body of Proof" star Jeri Ryan is moonlighting for an episode on the final season of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent".

The actress tweeted about the gig yesterday saying:

"Phew! Just got back to my room after a good but long shoot day on 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent'. I start slightly-less-dark & early tomorrow!"

I loved her work way back when she did Matlock. Thanks for the tip.

she's appeared a few times on recent seasons of SVU as a defense lawyer. I wonder if it will be the same character?

I'd probably guess not, as CI doesn't feature lawyers a lot. At least not in larger roles.
