Posts: 63,107	Frances Fisher wants 'Modern Family' role Frances Fisher has revealed that she would love a guest role in Modern Family. The actress, who recently signed up to star in ABC's pilot Partners, explained that she feels "joyful" when she watches the comedy. Speaking to TV Guide, she explained: "[It's] very unique [with] well-drawn characters, played by very talented actors, and insightful writing." Fisher added that she likes the female characters in Modern Family. "Sofia [Vergara]'s character - she is passionate, strong, funny, speaks her mind," she said.
