Refresh My Memory-How Did Jack Arnold Die?
A synopsis from information that I have collected shows that Jack Arnold died in 1975. Sources saw it was a heart attack. Was Jack's death mentioned on the show? How was it handled? What episode?

It was mentioned in the voice-over at the end of the series finale that Jack had passed on of a heart attack. That's about all I remember.
