Charlie Sheen's Kids Taken Away from Him by the Police

Police have removed Charlie Sheen's twin sons from his house after a judge gave instructions that the kids be returned to Sheen's soon-to-be-ex wife Brooke Mueller.

RadarOnline.com has revealed that twins Bob and Max, who will turn two-years-old this month, were removed from his LA mansion after Mueller, 33, went to court and convinced a judge that Sheen could not keep the kids from her. She was also awarded a restraining order.

A source is quoted saying, "The kids are to be turned over to Brooke immediately. She now will have custody of the boys.

Radar is reporting that a furious Sheen told them, as his kids were being taken away, "My fangs are dripping tiger blood."

In last night's '20/20' interview journalist Andrea Canning asked Sheen and his girlfriends, porn star Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, if they see themselves as mother figures to Sheen's twin sons, Max and Bob, they all answered with a resounding "yes, of course."

When asked if they were good influences on the boys, Kenly replied, "Oh absolutely. All you can do with children is love them. And we love them and we're not doing anything to be harmful to their routine or undermine anything else going on."

Radar is also reporting that the twins have been at with Sheen even before he went on vacation to the Bahamas with Mueller and his two companions, porn star Bree Olson and new girlfriend Natalie Kenly.

Sheen, 45, has been with the twins since his return to Los Angeles last Friday and the kids were even present during his interview with ABC.

Earlier in the day Sheen joined Twitter with username @CharlieSheen. The actor's profile is was kept short and succinct: "Unemployed Winner."

I was wondering why he had custody of them at all - especially with these ahem, "companions", around. Thank goodness the judge had enough sense to intervene!

That's good that the twins were removed. Charlie is out of his mind and they shouldn't have to be subjected to his insane behavior.

Have the twins stay at Grandpa Marty's or Uncle Emilio...the latter really isn't doing anything right now except watching reruns of "The Mighty Ducks"!
