Default Ron Burns

From what I recall...

he was still living when George Burns died in 1996. I also seem to recall that he went into education... or maybe high school counseling. I don't really know.

What about the daughter, Sandra Burns? What happened to her?

And, weren't there grandchildren??

Sandra died of cancer. For years we were all told Gracie died of a heart problem she actually died from Hodgkins Disease, cancer of the lymph glands. The chemo weakened her heart. Son Ronnie was on one of the Burns and Allens boards talking about it.

No... Gracie dead of a heart disease. Ronnie was on "Larry King Live" last night (7-4-03) with friends of B&A, and the question was asked "How did Gracie die." He said her heart just exploded.

Sad situation...

Hi Jayman, Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/burns_..............The moderator there says Ronnie has been sending pictures of George, and Gracie. and said his mom died from Hodgkins disease. Ronnie apparently is still posting there. I found it interesting.

I just read Gracie , A Love Story and George said Gracie had angina. Now a days it's treatable. It just prgressively got worse.

Well, check this out:

http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0307/04/lkl.00.html

This is a transcript of Larry King Live, with Ronnie Burns, that aired 7-4-03.

Here is part of it:

KING: When your mother died, she was how old?

R. BURNS: 58.

KING: Very young.

R. BURNS: Very, very young.

KING: Was it sudden?

R. BURNS: Yes. Well, in those days you had a bad heart there was very little they could do about it. Today you can do a lot. And nobody really knew how bad it was until towards the end. And he never knew.

KING: No, it was a shock?

R. BURNS: It was quite a shock. And her heart just exploded, it just -- it was terrible.

That seems pretty official to me. I will check out your group though and see what's up.

I saw Larry King that night. Still he said the opposite on another site. Confusing.

I saw a post by him today... it was a hotmail account. That kind of surprises me. Plus, it's his name and Sandra's name. That seems kind of morbid... including his deceased sister's name in an email account???

I dunno
