I saw an episode today...
...from 1964 where Howard McNear (Floyd from "THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW") guest-starred. Since he was Doc Adams in the radio show; did anyone else from the radio series ever guest on the TV show?
I know that William Conrad, who played Matt on the radio series; directed 2 episodes of the TV show. |

It amazes me that Parley Baer, to my knowledge, never appeared in an episode of the TV series. In those years, he guested on practically every other primetime network show on the air! Incredible list of TV credits. He had played Chester on radio.
