I just saw an episode where they showed an entire performance from Mr. Twitty from the late 60's/ early 70's. What was the deal with that? Did they not have enough jokes for that episode?

I dunno...Family Guy has basically toned-down the cutaway gag.

If I ever get my show "Bertstown" off the ground AND get the rights from Sofa Productions, I thought of using some clips of 60's rock musicians from Ed Sullivan, like these....

(And as a joke...the word "Higher" will be bleeped)!
