Is it just me or does it seem like even though there are five years of the series with Dick York that most of the time the last three seasons with Dick Sargent are always airing - and you ALMOST NEVER see the first two black and white seasons airing on TV Land???? I know WGN doesn't air the first two seasons but I am referring to TV Land. By the way - we should all write or email WGN and lobby for them to start airing the first two seasons! They air the first black and white season of I Dream of Jeannie. I know there are only five seasons of Jeannie as opposed to Bewitched having eight - but still! Anyway - just curious if anyone else ever feels like the last three seasons are mostly always being played on TV Land. Just curious

TV land just goes in order of the series. They played the first 2 black and white seasons a couple months ago. Right now they are up to the Dick Sargent ones, that is why they are only airing those now.
Soon they'll start up with Season 1 again and you'll see the black and white ones on TV Land. |

That's good they are playing them in order. I am not able to watch it everyday due to my schedule but mainly see it on the weekends and it just seems I usually see the Dick Sargent episodes or the very last season with Dick York. I wasn't sure if they were airing them in order as I know how TV Land can be sometimes.

Really why bother? I'm sure almost every fan would have the series on DVD by now anyway and are able to watch any episode when they like, unedited and without commercials. It is the best way to enjoy any of these series.

I know, I know, you can get one for just $40 but what if, say, you're unemployed and/or on a fixed income? |

Geez why get so narky? You are obviously paying for cable so you can't be that strapped for cash. You'd be better off long term investing in a player and getting your favourite shows on DVD and give the cable the flick. DVD players can be paid for in installments in any store so it is not such a huge expense
