Not only are they airing the Ropers right after Three's Company, but they are airing it during the season of THree's Company that the Ropers were in existence.

Never seen this before in syndication

That was their plan since the start Solomon... Three's a Crowd will air after the final Three's Company episode airs. And when Three's a Crowd ends, it is back to first episode of Three's Company.

Yes, of course. They will air in the same locations in the Three's Company rotation as it did this time.
