Default $27, 000 a year in the year 2011 would be very hard to live on but..

The Cop Brad, told Jackie's father he will be making $27,000 but of course that was in 1982.

BTW: Did Jackie and Brad end up together or was just this one storyline that didn't continue?

I haven't seen these eps in a while, but I do believe it continues for a while.

According to the Inflation Calculator, $27,000 in 1982 is worth $60184.75 in 2011. San Francisco is an expensive city, but 60K would be enough to live on and live decently.

The blonde was cute, but I liked the dark haired sister more.
