How did the rivalry between Frasier & Cam get resolved - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I remember the show where they came to some sort of agreement but was that the last episode where Cam is in or even mentioned. And what happened the thing between Martin and Cam's mother. They dated, then stopped, then started again. But then we never hear anything more.

Frasier got the last laugh when he accidentally got Cam's mail. The mail contained an invitation to an exclusive spa which Niles (Impersonating Cam) and Frasier took advantage of.

(Cam and Frasier switched mail boxes, I guess during their multi-part agreement to like each other)

I guess we can say that Frasier got the last laugh.
