Police Called to The Home Of 'Malcolm in the Middle' Star Frankie Muniz

During an altercation with his girlfriend, Frankie Muniz put a gun to his head and also punched her, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.com.

The report, filed Friday in Phoenix, Ariz., details an argument between the couple about "prior relationships." Elycia Turnbow, his girlfriend, told the police that Muniz "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide."

Turnbow says she called one of Muniz's bandmates to take him to the hospital, but the Malcolm in the Middle star says he went to the hospital after he "fell and hit his head" during the argument.

Muniz also denied putting the gun to his head. "I grabbed the case, but not the gun... it isn't even loaded," he told police, who later found a loaded gun on the premises.

After his trip to the hospital, Muniz returned home where the fight escalated once more. Turnbow claims Muniz "punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom."

Muniz denied punching her, saying that he was awakened "by Elycia yelling at him and hitting him in the face."

The cops reported no visible injuries, but told the couple that if they got out of control again, they'd both be arrested.
