Default Did anyone else forget about the HUB channel once Antenna TV started in January?

The Hub was the highlight of my weeknights back in December with Happy Days and Laverne and Shirkey and now that I have Antenna TV, I forgot that HUB is apart of my cable service-lol

I forgot the HUB is better at 11pm than Antenna TV since they air the NANNY

I occasionally watch the Hub,but I view Antenna-TV alot more.Antenna-TV has a wider variety of good shows and of course so far, much less commercials etc.I'll tell you one station I totally forgot about, and that's TVLand. If I can also get ME-TV by antenna when it becomes available ,I may wind up cancelling cable.

I admit I'm a grouch, but I honestly can't stand what The Hub does to their shows. Not only are they using crappy, non-remastered prints of their shows, but they insert commercial breaks where they don't belong. And I'm sure their shows are edited to kingdom come.

No stations here carry Antenna TV (yet). Here's hoping...

I never watch THE HUB, I watched Laverne & Shirley on it once and vowed to never watch the channel again. Not only was the show edited, but they split the screen at the end, and other things that ANTENNA TV doesn't do.

I still watch the Hub for The Wonder Years, but that's about it. If it was available on DVD, I'd probably have no use for the network. Antenna TV treats the shows they have better.

if we could get Antenna or ME-TV in our area I would probably watch less of The Hub, but because that's all we get that's what I watch

I watch all the episodes of Happy Days and some of the other stuff here and there - depends on what it is and what else is on - I don't mind the editing on the Hub too much, I can tell when they add commercial breaks and usually know what they have cut out anyways.

I don't have cable, but I have Antenna TV and I really like it. I hope that we will get ME-TV as well. Whenever I decided to get cable, I doubt I will get the Hub, because it is only included in the more expensive packages, and Family Ties, Happy Days, and Laverne and Shirley are the only things on there I want to see.

No you're not a grouch, you just want to watch a good tv show how it was meant to be viewed,I'm the same way. It's really not to much to ask.--And yes they are editing the shows in a big way, and giving them the 'TVLand/Viacom treatment',putting commercial breaks right in the middle of scenes, cutting out big parts of the shows etc. as you mentioned.--Funny thing is they run Batman pretty much un-edited.

I don't have Antenna TV through DirecTV. I like the HUB for The Wonder Years and Family Ties.

I wish i had the chance to forget about HUB cause of Antenna. But don't have on fios here in Pittsburgh, unless im missing something and we have it.
Only thing on HUB i like are Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and Batman.I'm almost done getting all the episodes of Batman. Once i'm done with the other two, i will be done with HUB unless they add some other classic shows i like
