Did anyone ever ponder what would happen if the scene where Phyllis confronts Sue Ann in The Lars Affair were extended past Phyllis throwing chocolate sauce on Sue Ann. Would there have been a drag-out cat fight or would Sue Ann have screamed for security to kick Phyllis out of the building??

I've always pictured them having a catfight.

And I'd put my money on Phyllis. All that passive-aggressiveness would have really come out - and it would have been deserved too.

CLASSIC episode, from start to finish. Sue Ann was Martha Stewart way before Martha Stewart was Martha Stewart!!

Sue Ann was no where near as classy as Martha. The difference: Martha would decorate a room with fine nuances - Sue Ann would decorate one in New Modern Bordello Red.
Even though I've heard that behind-the-scenes Martha can be a b**ch, no one, and I mean NO ONE, could out-trump Sue Ann for meaness. Sue Ann was a real piece of work imo. |

Well, that's true. Sue Ann was something else. Betty, of course, played her to perfection.
