Episode Synopsis: Melanie, Joy and Victoria are smitten with Elka's lawyer, who's angling for an insanity plea for a hearing before a judge (Sherri Shepherd), but his client loses interest after learning that Max (Carl Reiner) is getting married.

What did you all think of last night's episode? I thought it was great! I am LOVING Wendie Malick in this!

Not one of their better episodes. The fawning of over the lawyer seemed a little too juvenile. But I did think Sheri Sheperd as the judge was funny.

The thing the producers have to keep in mind is a lot of the fans of the show are older. So they must keep an eye on the raunch factor.

The cast is great. They just have to keep the writing tight and believable.

I just saw this episode last night. I thought it was laugh out loud funny throughout the entire thing. The only part I didn't love was Sherri Shepherd, but everyone else was a riot.
