OK, I tried to show this to the Game Show Forum Matt Ottinger's GSF. But the jerks there wouldn't accept me so here goes...
http://www.davidgleason.com/Archive%...%2002%2018.pdf In this issue right here, On Page 36 there is an ad for Toni Tennile's talk show which is produced by Bob Eubanks. Also on Page 40, there is an ad for a game show that never came to be called Phrase It with Jack Narz standing in front of his podium. Also on Page 94 there is a short description for a game show called Press Your Luck. Not the PYL we know and love, but the Press Your Luck pilot that was hosted by Pat Sajak before Wheel of Fortune produced by Ralph Edwards and distributed by Columbia Television. |

Makes fascinating reading! Looking at all the shows promoted that never came to pass. Plus ads for shows that producers thought would make it to weekday syndication--but ultimately didn't (i.e. Angie).

That was very interesting. Loved the Hanna-Barbera ads! Thanks for sharing this with us!
