I would give a 9. Her acting was good at
the beginning of the show but her acting
got better as time went on.

I give her a 10! Tootie may not be my favorite character, but Kim plays her to a tee. Kim plays a sometimes annoying character to the perfection of annoyance. Kim is a great actress IMHO! ...Very convincing.

Overall- somewhere between a 7 and a 9. A definite 9 in the first season- she was definitely at her best then.
