"Retreat from Washington".Hint:It involves Lisa,Eb,Mr.Kimball and Arnold the pig.What is it?

In "Retreat from Washington",they all 3(Eb,Lisa,Hank Kimball,and Arnold the pig(!)(yes,even Arnold the pig)are arrested,and briefly put behind bars.With Oliver,their lawyer,on the outside,who bails them out,and takes them all home to Hooterville..Usually,it is Oliver who is put behind bars.
