Welcome to part 2 of TV Greatest edition of Television VS. This week after a beatdown by ABC '77 NBC is back for payback with it great 1988 slogan "Come Home to the Best... Only on NBC". CBS 1973.---The big networks(ABC,CBS,NBC) tv station line-ups of the 1970s were always better than the same tv stations line-ups of the 1980s .In the 1980s they still made a number of good shows but,they were alot fewer and far between.

I voted for CBS 1973, but it was hard to choose between CBS' Saturday Night lineup and NBC's Must See Thursday. Those nights, respectively, were the utimate deciding point for me, and also made it a near tie.

NBC 1988 might have had a night but CBS 1973 had a Whole Freakin Week!

NBC 1988. I understand why most people are choosing CBS though. I'm just more of an 80s sitcom fan. The Cosby Show was great and Cheers is probably my all time favorite. Personally, I think ABC had the best sitcoms in the 80s and early 90s.
