I know he was never seem on TMTMS and he died before the launching of the 'Phyllis' spinoff, but what did he look like?

To tell the truth, I never wondered what he looked like. I guess he was just too boring of a "character".

In "The Lars Affair", Ted described him as a tall,blond man -yet it seems odd that Bess wouldn't have these features despite Phyllis being blondish herself.

Of course, with Ted, one must consider the goofy source!

As a little girl watching the MTM show, I always assumed that Lars looked somewhat like my Ken doll...the one with the painted on hair. I don't know why.
