Was 1)Jerry Davis,who produced season one of "That Girl" replaced by the late Danny Arnold as producer? 2)Why was Danny Arnold replaced by Saul Turteltaub and Bernie Orenstein as producer and 3)How many seasons did Danny Arnold last as producer before HE was replaced?
