Does anyone remember this episode? It was a teenage girl (from Ohio I believe) we had unusual powers. A newspaper photographer snapped a picture of her with the phone flying through the air on its own. I can't remember her name. Whatever became of her?

Tina Resch. Google her name and you'll not only see plenty of pictures of the famous photo (complete with Charlie Brown design afghan in the background), but discover that she is now in prison for the murder of her daughter.
That photo used to freak me out when I was a kid, even though the segment (at least the part where the eggs flew through the refrigerator door right by her bored-looking father) was kind of funny. |

Wow! I had no idea about her being in jail. Thanks for the info. Terrible the way it turned out for her (and her daughter obviously).

I heard that some news cameras that did a segment on her later went back to some tape they had recorded and discovered that she was a fraud. Is there any truth to this?
Also, does anyone have details regarding the death of her daughter and Tina's culpability? |

Here are several links to some information. I'm not a big fan of Wikipedia, but the others seem to be credible:
1) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tina_Resch 2) http://jamesaconrad.com/Tina/Tina-Re...egal-case.html 3) http://www.forteantimes.com/features...unleashed.html |
