Jack Soo was a talented and versatile actor who I don't think ever got the credit he deserved. His career took him from the Broadway stage to the Silver screen to the small screen. A Jack Soo performance was always memorable whether as a lead character, supporting character, guest star, or cameo appearance. I love that his Barney Miller co-stars stepped out of character for 30 minutes to honor and remember him in a retrospective episode. And he deserved that honor.

Yes, he did. His deadpan expression was priceless. A gifted comedic actor
who always contributed to every scene in which he appeared.
