Played,in the first 3 seasons by John Amos?It would have been nice for him to return to the role after he was fired from "Good Times",or,to be featured on the last show of the series.Question

id John Amos get along with the rest of the cast?

Well, I can't answer the questions about how he got along w/ the other cast members, but he did make a return appearance on TMTMS, in an ep. called "Hail, The Conquering Gordy." Gordy returns to WJM after becoming a big success and Ted basically begs for a job on Gordy's show.

It's nice they brought back such a minor character later on.
