Things are heating up for the Pretty Little Liars when Hanna makes it out of the hospital on the January 10 new episode of the show (if you missed the midseason premiere, you can read Mark's review). Hanna might be home, but her road to recovery is filled with speedbumps, including her discovery of her mother's secret. Aria, Noel and Ezra are also caught in a web of secrets, while Emily goes to speak to a newly-freed Toby, in addition to having Maya over for dinner with her family.

The episode is filled with tense moments, including some more hints of a backstory concerning Noel, who is definitely not who he seems to be. And with Toby back in the game, things get even creepier. Below are promo photos and three sneak peeks for the episode.

Burbank, CA (December 28, 2010) - Surprises unsettle the Liars as "A" continues the game in "Salt Meets Wound," an all-new episode of ABC Family's hit original series "Pretty Little Liars," premiering Monday, January 10th (8:00 - 9:00 PM ET/PT).

Hanna's return home from the hospital should be a joyous event, but being stuck in a wheelchair and feeling haunted by "A" makes her return feel more like a Hitchcock nightmare than a proper homecoming. Even though the girls try to put on their best effort to support Hanna, they all have troubles they have to face as well: Spencer is still reeling from Melissa's surprise, when an unexpected roadblock is thrown up in her relationship with Alex; Emily, on the other hand, is hoping that an introduction to Maya during a tense family meal will smooth all apprehensions her parents may have.

Meanwhile, blackmail is in the air when Aria and Fitz suspect a student is on to them.

"Pretty Little Liars" is produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television and is executive produced by I. Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick and Leslie Morgenstein.
