Rick Fox to guest in 'Big Bang Theory'
Rick Fox has signed up to guest star in an episode of The Big Bang Theory.
TV Line reports that the basketball player will appear as the ex-boyfriend of Howard's love interest Bernadette (Melissa Rauch). The show's creator Chuck Lorre explained that he met Fox when his partner Eliza Dushku appeared on the show. "We thought it would be hilarious if he had dated Bernadette," he said. "Just knowing that she had been with a man who's 6'7" and perhaps one of the more handsome human beings in the world... What that might do for Howard." He added: "It causes Howard extreme paranoia and insecurity - as it would any man, really."
