I think they look pretty similar, not identical, but similar.

I think it was the hair (or wig) with the flip that made them look similar.

Aahck!!! NOOOOOOO!!!! When I clicked on the picture of Mary, I got a '403 Forbidden' error!

Now nobody can see the picture anymore! Why, world, why???

I got the 'forbidden' message, too. But I do see the resemblance between Sheila and Mary. I also think that Sheila looks like an evil Jackie Kennedy.

Yeah, I think they were going for the Jackie Kennedy look myself. By the time Bewitched debuted in 1964, Jackie may not have been First Lady anymore but she was still one of the most influential women in the country!!

Yeah, it would be the hair flip thing.
But no, I personally don't think they look alike at all. (but that's just mo)

According to some Junction experts, Pat was wearing wigs in the second season of that show from what I recall reading -- but maybe that was her own hair in Season 1. She did have sort of a flip going on at times. Really attractive young woman.

All of the women mentioned in this thread looked terrific. I wouldn't mind seeing the longish flip style come back, but I'll pretend not to know how much hairspray is needed to pull off that look...!

I think it's one of those things where any young, pretty, fresh-faced girl with dark hair and the right hair-do for the time period would look a bit like Mary and Jackie........

.......even today, I see at least one Marilyn Monroe wannabe a month!
