On "The Dick Van Dyke Show"did you like him better as? Choices:A)As Herman Glimpshire or B)The bellboy in 1965's "Never Bathe on Saturday?" Herman was okay,but I liked him better in B.Question:In addition ,did he write any episodes of "The Dick Van Dyke Show"?

Bill Idelson's work as the bellboy in "Never Bathe On Saturday" was more laugh out loud funny but I also admire his work in the recurring role of Herman Glimpshire. Bill Idelson wrote three episodes of "The Dick Van Dyke Show". They are "How To Spank A Star"(1964), "Uncle George" (1963), and "The Square Triangle" (1963).
