Tonight's special New Year's Eve airing at Shokus, with Stu and Jeanine Kasun, will have a VERY special guest during the second hour: Jeannie Russell, who played "Margaret Wade" on the classic Dennis the Menace series! She will be on their live New Year's Eve show to talk about the upcoming Shout! Factory DVD release of Dennis the Menace - Season 1 (see below). Stu is a co-producer of that home video release, and between him and Jeannie it's quite probable that listeners will learn more about the plans for Shout!'s March 29th 5-disc set.

Celebrate your New Year's Eve with us on Friday, December 31 beginning at 6:00 p.m. pacific time, 9:00 p.m. eastern time with a special edition of "Baby Boomer Favorites" with Jeanine Kasun. It's an ALL-REQUESTS show, as Jeanine plays the tunes you asked her to play from your e-mails over the past month.

Then at 7:00 p.m. pacific time, 10:00 p.m. eastern time, we're live from Pine Mountain Club, CA (snow and all!) to ring in 2011 with six full hours of music, comedy, trivia questions for great prizes (all autographed by celebrities!), your phone calls and e-mails, and much more! Joining hosts Stu Shostak and Jeanine Kasun in person will be STAN LIVINGSTON from "My Three Sons", his girlfriend PAULA DRAKE, and game show announcer RANDY WEST. Last night's show was pretty entertaining. There were a few things revealed about the DVD. Jeannie Russell called in from a New Year's Eve party she was at and talked for about twenty minutes. What was revealed was that she and Gloria Henry were interviewed for the extras! No mention yet if Jay North was interviewed, but they didn't want to reveal too much. The co-host accidentally let it slip that Gloria participated.

Stan Livingston said that he was also interviewed for the set. He talked about an episode he appeared in and also said that he was up for the part of Dennis. Jeannie Russell also mentioned that her little brother was up for the part.
