Default What's your favorite sitcom theme song?

My favorites have to be Facts of Life and Happy Days. Laverne & Shirley, Different Strokes and Maude have good themes too!

Other. My three favorites- Mary Tyler Moore, Cheers, and Too Close for Comfort- aren't on the list.

This is kind of hard, I like most of the themes you listed. I'll have to cast my vote for Diff'rent Strokes theme.

I vote other. I think Punky Brewster, Gimme A Break, and Webster had good theme songs.

Thumbs up

I like Laverine and Shirely, Happy Days, and Diff'rent Strokes, but I also like the theme to Mary Tyler Moore, Family Ties, and Silver Spoons. And I especially love the theme song to Perfect Strangers. The lyrics are great.

I think:
The Hogan Family (Through the Years)
Three's Company (Three Is Company Too!)
Facts of Life (Learning the Facts of Life)
Alice (There's a New Girl in Town)
Barney Miller (Title?)
New Dick Van Dyke Show (Title?)

Other. Even though the lyrics weren't sung, I enjoyed the themes to The Dick Van Dyke Show, Bewitched and Mash. As for songs, I enjoyed Cheers, Family Ties and Mary Tyler Moore. Also, it was hard to refrain from singing along to that silly ditty on The Beverly Hillbillies, for me anyway. Same for The Jeffersons--now there was a catchy tune.

I voted for Facts of Life and L&S and Other. My others are Cheers, M*A*S*H, and Friends. I think Cheers is my all time favorite.
