Since they are going to make and release the movie based on "The Green Hornet"TV series,and the comic book superhero,and to celebrate it,the Sci-Fi (SyFy)Network is going to air a marathon of the 1960's series on Tuesday,January 11,from 10am-11 pm.Source:Sitcomsonline.com

I remember The Green Hornet. I agree with Nicholas 1228 that it was a better show than Batman. Van Williams was perfectly cast in the lead role.

Never saw the show. I did see the classic crossover episode of Batman where the Caped Crusader and Robin faced off against the Green Hornet and Kato.
But I will keep an eye and watch the marathon. Wonder if they'll release the show on DVD since the movie's coming out...? |

My wife bought me The Green Hornet for my birthday. We have really been enjoying it. It is not nearly as campy as Batman. I remember watching it as a kid and liking it. They sold some kind of green candy in a tube that my dad got us. I highly recommend this show especially for Batman fans.
