A long time ago, Bill S. said that thie was available through various traders:

"The Private Life Of A Sewer Worker" (2/13/54) Robert Q. Lewis and Art Carney do a take off on Edward Murrow's at-home interview show Person to Person, giving TV audiences their first view of Ed Norton's apartment.

I think I remember seeing a tape trader's website and he (or she) said that they had it. I forgot the website's and the person's name.

I think when I made that list you're referring to, I accidentally put two stars (signifying that it was available to us) when I should have only put one. In other words, it's known to exist, but I haven't come across it myself. It is listed on the Paley Center's website though, so technically it is "out there."
