It went "That Girl" Next,then A big picture of Ann (animated)smiling,the first and second season theme,then IN COLOR.Anyone remember this?

sure, I remember it. And when she smiled, the "chase lights" would appear around her.
That's when ABC used to anounce that the show was in color by showing the shows logo and playing a little bit of the theme and the words "in color" would appear below the name.
