I feel very bad about it, I usually eat and drink to my hearts desire, but when I had the Thanksgiving Meal, I couldn't keep it down.

The reason I feel so bad is because my mom made all that food and how do I pay it back? By doing this!...

I think you need to accept what is and let it go. Everything that you posted about are things you can't control so just relax.

I feel for ya Mr. cleveland and now how ya feel. I was sick for Thanksgiving and my bday the day after all I had that week was soup. And to top it all off my Heater went out and will finally get fixed tomorrow.
